Strategic Planning in Action: Crafting Our 2025 Marketing Calendar and Promotional Roadmap

Marketing without a clear strategic plan can feel like throwing darts in the dark. To ensure our promotions are well-structured, targeted, and data-driven, I led the development of our 2025 marketing calendar and promotional roadmap—aligning campaigns with business goals and customer segmentation for maximum impact.

Project Overview & Key Steps

🔹 Defining Promotions & Target Audience – We structured our four key promotional strategies:

  1. Buy X quantity, get Y free (always active)
  2. Buy X of selected products, get one from a different list free
  3. Price discounts on selected products
  4. Special event price discounts on orders

These were carefully tailored for two different customer groups:

  • End users (Tulda Amazon store promotions)
  • Distributors (bulk order promotions)

🔹 ERP System Setup & Financial Analysis – Configured each promotion in OrderWise, conducted a margin analysis, and outlined specific sales growth targets.
🔹 Internal Coordination – Shared promotional plans with the Sales Manager for feedback and approval before adding them to our official marketing calendar.
🔹 Email Campaign Strategy – Developed separate email campaigns for end users and distributors to ensure personalized messaging and accurate pricing.
🔹 Tracking & Follow-Ups – Analyzed email performance, identified engaged customers, and launched follow-up campaigns to maximize conversions.
