Project Manager – Gavbiz Ltd. (London, UK)
At Gavbiz Ltd, I serve as the Project Manager in the fields of IT, E-commerce and Product Launch. In this role, I led a dynamic team and implemented strategic initiatives to ensure the continued growth of product sales in the UK. I designed and delivered the B2B ordering platform (b2b.gavbiz.co.uk) with a third-party technical team working remotely from Poland, creating the product mission, vision, and roadmap, as well as developing user stories, acceptance criteria, and the product backlog. I managed Scrum events—daily meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews—to ensure timely delivery of sprint goals and alignment with stakeholder requirements. I also conducted regular meetings with stakeholders to ensure that the product mission was in line with company strategy, managed API implementation between the B2B panel and our ERP system (OrderWise), and replaced manual paperwork processes in the warehouse with Zebra scanners integrated into the ERP system, increasing workflow efficiency by approximately 35% and reducing staff requirements from 4 to 2.
In addition, I orchestrated operations across five sales channels, integrating platforms to maximize sales potential by expanding product listings with 145 new items on eBay and 195 on Amazon, thereby enhancing market reach and visibility. I drove monthly sales growth from £750 to £19,000 within nine months, scaling up orders by 15% per month, and accelerated sales growth through Amazon FBA enrollment for 25 new products, achieving a £7000 increase in monthly sales within three months. On the marketing front, I executed campaigns on the Meta Business suite, enhancing brand visibility and customer engagement by acquiring 811 new customers, while optimizing Amazon and eBay campaigns to achieve ROAS of 2.83 and 6.57 respectively, within five months.
Project Manager – Agah Financial Group
At Agah Financial Group in Tehran, Iran, I served as Project Manager in the field of Wealth and Investment Management—one of Iran’s largest wealth management and stock brokerage firms, managing over 20 funds and serving more than 7 million clients. In this role, I successfully launched the fixed-income fund called Homay, delivering 640% growth ($61.5M) in its value within only 9 months, three months ahead of plan. I executed three different regional marketing campaigns and two sales enablement projects across 60 out of 110 branches, achieving an average quarterly sales growth of 23% on various funds.
I led a cross-functional team of 11 associates at headquarters and 45 remote employees, which resulted in acquiring 2150 new clients and forming six new partnerships in just two quarters, while consistently overachieving targets by an average of 30% over three consecutive quarters. Additionally, I designed and launched a client data collection and BI system for sales and business development activities, taking on the responsibilities of a Product Owner. Product Owner – TiExpress
At TiExpress in Tehran, Iran, I served as Product Owner from March 2019 to August 2021, where I formed a cross-functional team of five and recruited two key associates, introducing the Agile Scrum framework to drive innovation. I led the development and launch of an online cost estimation and ordering platform, my.ti.express—the first of its kind in Iran—implementing the Scrum framework with all its events and establishing ground rules for team communications using tools like Jira and Miro. This approach enabled us to deliver the new product in just seven months, five months ahead of schedule, and secure 1,125 new clients in the three months post-launch, generating remarkable revenue of IRR24.7B ($1.2M).
In addition, I developed and deployed a customised CRM system that was fully aligned with the ordering panel and website, significantly enhancing the ease of use and efficiency of our sales team. I was responsible for stakeholder management and for aligning the Product Mission, Product Vision, and Product Roadmap with our overall business strategy and stakeholders’ requirements. By leveraging data-driven decision-making and utilizing customer data from the ordering panel, I informed product improvements and enhanced the user experience with analytical insights derived from Power BI and Tableau.

Zharfkam is an international trading company that is the exclusive partner of Samsung for CCTV products with a background of 20 years and an annual turnover of $50+ million.
